Our Honey Oh Ghee is made from a perfect 50/50 mix of Original Oh Ghee and organic raw honey. The nutty flavor from the ghee combined with the sweet flavor from raw honey creates the perfect sweet creamy honey spread you'll want to put on everything! Our honey flavor ghee is made from orgainc butter from grass-fed cows in Oregon and locally sourced organic raw honey. Our honey ghee has a smooth texture, decadent, slightly nutty flavor, and is a golden color.
 
We craft our ghee in small batches, careful to remove all trace of milk solids and proteins to ensure we are left with only the most decadent butterfat that provides many health benefits. Ghee is considered a superfood that contains omega 3, 6, and 9 essential fatty acids, 18 amino acids, 8 enzymes, 25 minerals. A delicious spread for bread, crackers, or whatever you choose. Ghee is shelf stable with a high smoke point of 485 degrees. Ghee is free of lactose, casein, and whey and suitable for most with dairy sensitivities and intolerance.
