INGREDIENTS: Organic ghee from grass-fed cows, 95% curcumin from turmeric extract, organic cinnamon, organic ginger, organic black pepper
DIRECTIONS: Stir in 1/2 tablespoon to 8oz of hot water, milk, or dairy alternative. Add honey or other sweetener if desired.
